Three People Killed In Two Unrelated Car Accidents In York County

Three people were killed and two were injured in two unrelated vehicle accidents this weekend in York County.

Two people were killed in a car accident in York Haven Borough on Saturday night.



According to police, around 8:30 p.m. a car was traveling westbound on Route 382 when it crossed the centerline and crashed into a truck. The occupants of the car were killed.



The two people in the truck were taken to York Hospital. There is no word on the extent of their injuries. The names of the victims have not been released.



In an unrelated accident, one person was killed Friday night in a motorcycle accident.



York County Coroner said Jason Mann, 30, of York was speeding on the 600 block of Mount Rose Avenue just after 11 p.m. Friday when he crashed his car.



Officials said alcohol was also a factor in the accident.
